Meet The Team

  • Holley Masch - Director

    Holley started 49er Communications in 1997. In the early 1990’s she worked for a startup company in San Francisco where she was immersed in many aspects of entrepreneurship amid an emerging internet, investor relations and computer programming. Her past sales and marketing experience with companies like Crystal Geyser Water Company, Wells Fargo Bank and Comtech Communications set the stage to venture in a new endeavor of her own. Her vision and passion to create a phenomenal customer experience with quality products, resulted in a solid company that’s been around for a quarter century. She’s passionate about giving back and in 2019 established a 501c non-profit named The Yelloh Foundation. Yelloh is currently the sole supporter of an orphanage in Tanzania with 6 children who were displaced and now have a home, medical, schooling and place to grow up where they are learning the skills to lead productive, prosperous lives.

  • Jessica Coen - President

    Jessica comes from a wildland fire background; she spent many years working on a wildland fire engine out of Montana. She became an EMT and fire line medic for her last years on the line. She spent a decade in Montana expanding her knowledge base at the university, working in different fields, and enjoying the Montana wilderness before returning to California and joining the 49er Team in 2011. Now she spends her time working on radios, trying to stay ahead in the field of LMR radios, learning new technology, remodeling houses, winning BBQ competitions, mountain biking and hiking with her many dogs ns.

  • Arek Rymarczuk - Warehouse Specialist

    Arek joined 49er in the spring of 2022 heading up shipping and receiving in the warehouse. He comes to us with business education, variety of office and warehouse experience and has quickly become a valuable member of our team. He has an upbeat, high energy attitude, cheerfulness and lots of music, nothing makes him more happy than making sure all our orders go out as soon as possible. In his spare time he enjoys some healthy activities, good food, comedy shows and live music venues.

  • Leeza Sanchez - Customer Support

    Leeza comes from a Human Resources background with a passion for employee relations, problem solving, and helping others. She strives to deliver exceptional Customer Service with patience, understanding, and honesty. Eclectic music always accompanies her. She enjoys outdoor adventures, going to see live music, artistically crafting everything and anything; from painting, making clothing, to sculpting, anything she can get her hands on. She loves to unwind with puzzles, especially Sudokus, watching sitcoms, and geeking out over the special effects in Horror films. She joined 49er in early 2025 with a goal to learn everything about LMR radios.

  • Arely Elliott - Customer Support

    Arely comes with an accounting and customer service background. She is excited to help in any way she can and is dedicated to creating positive experiences through care and thoughtful communication. She joined the 49er team in early 2025 after deciding to move and lay down roots in Nevada with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, gaming, building the newest Lego Botanical set, crocheting, exploring Lake Tahoe and caring for her dogs.
